Steve Lawson built his first radio station in his parent’s home at the age of 9. High School Radio and KRAB FM followed. | Steve was known as Scott Terry on KING Radio Eleven, until he became Steve Lawson the KING Radio Production Director. Steve was also the voice of KING TV. | Steve left KING Broadcasting in 1979 and founded Steve Lawson Productions, a recording studio specializing in audio for broadcast, and corporate communication. |

In 1991 Steve took on business partners for the first time, and with Ann and Nancy Wilson of HEART built one of the most incredible music recording studios ever built in the world. | In 1999 Steve sold Bad Animals/Seattle to an investor led group of employees and began traveling the world for Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen. | Steve and his wife Debbie created the Christmas in the Northwest music project in 1985 to raise money for Seattle’s Children’s Hospital. |
