The Challenge:
The Sonoma Ranch development in Las Cruces, NM is known as an upscale resort community built around an amazing 18 hole golf course aimed at retirees and those relocating to Las Cruces. But not all properties at the Sonoma Ranch development are out of reach for the masses. How do you spread the word about the affordable alternatives to the local community?
The Solution:
Create a series of radio commercials that use humor to drive home the fact that homes at Del Prado Village are available and affordable for empty nesters, young couples and singles.
