Sometimes it’s just fun to let off a little steam. Creatively. This was a fun project!
Pat O’Day is a legend in Seattle Radio. Pat dominated the airwaves in the 60’s on KJR – Channel 95 AM Radio. Today Pat owns a real estate business in Washington’s San Juan Islands, AND owns a hospital that specializes in curing drug and alcohol addiction.
The hospital is Schick Shadel. So when one of Steve’s Jewish friends was kvetching that her son was dating a non Jewish girl – a shiksa, Steve drew inspiration from Pat and the commercials he delivers for Schick Shadel.
